The renovation of this exclusive club at a popular theme park encompassed a comprehensive transformation. This involved the full interior demolition and abatement of the existing 8,000 square-foot facility. The project included the installation of a new ADA-compliant elevator, modification of the existing elevator, addition of structural steel, incorporation of millwork, plaster application, implementation of high-end finishes, integration of complex theme elements within the bar, restaurant, and lobby areas, and the establishment of a new, fully-equipped kitchen.
