The 40’ tall steel structure was clad with sheetmetal siding and painted stucco. The unique building sits on the 3rd level roof of the Southcenter Mall expansion and doubles as a surface parking lot for 180 cars. The complete interior package also included steel and concrete risers within each theater, multiple concession stands, stadium seating, restrooms, complete “back of the house” mezzanine level, including staff offices and digital projection areas, terrazzo lobby and ticketing areas.
