Tenant improvement for the installation of a new Tesla dealership totaling 7,321 SF. Work included demo of the existing exterior façade and expanding the store footprint 20 feet into the open air mall. New interior footings with new metal staircase, second floor glass rail and a new exterior glass curtain wall with rainscreen.
