DESCRIPTION

The project involved the construction of a new 75,000-square-foot, two-story middle school. The building’s exterior features a combination of CMU veneer, insulated metal panels, and an asphalt shingle roof, providing durability and aesthetic appeal.

Inside, the school features a variety of essential spaces, including a spacious gymnasium for physical education and school events, a modern library to support student learning and research, and a fully equipped kitchen to serve the cafeteria needs.

Site development included the installation of a synthetic turf athletic field, offering a high-quality, low-maintenance surface for sports and recreational activities. Additionally, the project incorporated detentions and water quality ponds to manage storm water runoff and improve environmental sustainability. Right-of-Way improvements were also be made to enhance access and safety around the school premises.

This comprehensive project created a modern, functional, and sustainable educational facility that meets the needs of students, staff, and the surrounding community.
