This project involved the ground-up construction of a new 30,000 SF, two-story classroom building, along with an auxiliary gymnasium. The scope included related improvements to seamlessly integrate the new buildings with the existing campus infrastructure.

Site modifications were executed in a phased manner, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing school activities. These modifications included the installation of utilities to support future portable classrooms and the reconfiguration of parking and bus drop-off areas to enhance traffic flow and safety. The overall project aimed to provide modern educational facilities while accommodating future growth and improving site functionality.
