Construction of a new 240,000 square-foot High School building situated adjacent to the existing historic Ronald Grade School. The scope of work encompasses site development, the demolition of a section of the existing school following the owner’s transition to the new building, elimination of temporary construction elements, implementation of a permanent storm management system, and preparation of the site for the construction of new sports fields.
