Demolition and conversion of the old MOHAI Facility at 800 Pike Street for the Washington State Convention Center. The two phase, 138,000 SF 6 floor project converted existing areas into usable convention spaces including multiple event and meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen pantries, etc. Work also included the expansion of and 2 story glass curtain wall system installation in the existing lobby and main entry. The facility remained open and operational during construction.
