Bayley was a partner to Mowatt Construction Company (Prime GC to Sound Transit) for the Sea-Tac Airport Light Rail Station public works project and was responsible for vertical construction and finishes. The station provides a pedestrian overpass over International Boulevard to connect the station to future city center development in the City of SeaTac. The station also provides a direct pedestrian connection to the airport terminal of about 1,000 feet or a four-minute walk away.
