DESCRIPTION

Interior tenant improvement of a new 31,505 SF Lucky Strike Bowling Alley located at the Beverly Center. The project involved transforming the space to include bowling lanes, a bar and kitchen, and arcade. As Bowlero rebrands into Lucky Strike, this project stood out as a one-off, featuring higher-end finishes than its other locations, and the owner playing a more hands-on role than in any other project to date.

The owner’s frequent site visits often led to mid-project scope changes. These scope changes would result in redesigning the back bar and lane seating to adjusting paint colors. The evolving requirements presented a challenge to the project team. But the team overcame these by anticipating client changes, staying adaptable to frequent shifts, and maintaining a client-centric mindset throughout.

Additionally, the mall’s strict delivery limitations added another layer of complexity. The team had to navigate height restrictions and early morning delivery windows, as all deliveries needed to be completed before 10 a.m. Despite these logistical hurdles, our team is successfully coordinating with vendors to ensure materials arrive within the designated window, keeping the project on track.
