Tenant improvement of a 19,910 SF bar/restaurant and entertainment areas, including demolition, framing of new walls to accommodate new layout and adding structural supports to accommodate a large entry door. The existing mechanical system and kitchen plumbing were modified, and electrical work included lighting and power for simulators. The finished space features suites with Top Golf simulators, a themed, glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course, restaurant and dance floor.
