New 5-story, 65,000 SF reinforced concrete building for performing arts school. Located in downtown Los Angeles, the School is part of a Community Redevelopment Project and included City Council participation in addition to the School’s own Board of Directors. The project required over 18 months of pre-construction and planning to prepare to build the “box within the box” acoustical rooms and included very complex electrical and mechanical systems.
