Bayley Construction was one of five General Contractors from a field of nineteen, deemed qualified to participate in a public bid process for construction of this building. As the lowest competitive bidder, Bayley constructed this steel structured, 72,449 square foot, 4-story office building adjacent to Beverly Hills City Hall. A portion of the building will house the City’s Cable TV Studios and the rest of the building is intended to provide for future office space needs of the City.
