Bayley constructed two new office buildings for Maguire Properties at the Lantana Entertainment Media Campus. Lantana East, a 64,105 square-foot, three-story concrete frame building, features a two-level, 119,464 square-foot subterranean parking garage. The scope of work includes excavation and utility relocations. Lantana South, a 125,000 square-foot three-story structure, is built with cast-in-place concrete over a 98,670 square-foot, one-level subterranean parking garage. The project also involves the development of a surface parking lot, landscaping, and other site improvements.
