Bayley Construction partnered with the Mills Corporation to construct one of their trademark “Shoppertainment” centers. The 160-acre site, was the new home for 12 anchor tenants and over 170 shops encompassing 1.5 million square feet of retail and adjacent surface parking. Bayley constructed a 864-stall pre-cast 4-level parking structure for future expansion on an adjoining 100-acre site.
