Mark joined Bayley’s Southern California office in 1985 as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Project Manager four years later. He worked his way up to Construction Manager in 1994, then became VP and Division Manager of the Lake Forest office in 2007. Mark earned a BS in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington. He has over 35 years of experience working with the Business Development, Preconstruction and Operation Teams at Bayley.

Although he’s spent his entire career in Southern California, Mark has not forgotten his roots and remains a loyal Seattle sports fan. He enjoys snow and waterskiing, as well as hacking around the golf course when time allows. Mark and his wife Sharon (another proud Seattleite) have three grown children and reside in Orange County.
