Jim Randall

General Superintendent

Jim started his career at Bayley in 1996 in our Southern California office, advancing from carpenter to assistant superintendent. He worked on large projects including malls, government buildings, and retail stores before returning to the Pacific Northwest in 2003. Over the next 17 years, Jim managed a wide range of projects, including schools, churches, and renovations.

Promoted to General Superintendent in 2020, Jim now oversees all field operations across Bayley’s three regions. His extensive experience in construction and scheduling, combined with his leadership and focus on customer service, helps drive project success and fosters growth within our teams.
