Jerry joined Bayley over 24 years ago as an intern at the Washington office. After completing his BS in Construction Management at the University of Washington, he was hired as a Project Engineer and joined Bayley’s Estimating department.

He served as Director of Preconstruction & Estimating for 10 years, gaining extensive experience in various delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build and Negotiated projects. Jerry’s experience and expertise is comprehensive, staying involved with projects from their start as a one-page concept all the way through final completion. Jerry joined Bayley’s Scottsdale, AZ office as Region President in 2022.
