Hans brings over 25 years of experience and dynamic leadership in the construction industry to Bayley. His experience includes collaborative team building and a focus on alternative project delivery, including Design-Build and Design-Assist, for both public and private clients. Hans excels at ensuring that the owner’s objectives and vision for success are realized. After four years in the US Army, Hans attended the University of Washington, earning a BA in Architecture and a BS in Construction. He is a Design-Build Professional (DBIA) and actively involved with the DBIA Northwest Region, NAMC-WA and Tabor 100.

Hans enjoys spending weekends with his family, friends and colleagues on his boat fishing for salmon, and is an avid fan of the Huskies, Seahawks, Kraken and everything local in Seattle.
