Adam joined Bayley Construction as CFO in 2020, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience. He served as an Officer in the US Marine Corps, received a BA in History from Dartmouth College and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Washington. Adam also holds a CCIFP designation from the Construction Financial Management Association and is an active member of the Bellevue Rotary Club, Construction Financial Management Association – Puget Sound Chapter, and is a board member of Construction Industry Training Council of Washington.

Adam stays active by riding his bicycle to work most days and enjoys telemark skiing, backpacking, and road and mountain cycling — and is a long-suffering fan of the Mariners.
