DESCRIPTION: Shell and Core construction of Wilburton Village, a new 4-story, 443,480 SF shopping center located just off I-405, that is home to a Virginia Mason Medical Clinic, Target, PCC Grocery Market and Chipotle. The center also provides 3 levels of customer parking, totaling 696 stalls. Unique aspects of the project include a permanent shotcrete retaining wall with an architectural finish resembling a granite wall, an architectural shear wall prominently located at the west face of the building, 4 placing booms to pour the elevated post-tensioned slabs, and a total concrete yardage exceeding 25,000 cubic yards.
