We consider Critical Path Method Scheduling one of the most important pieces of our entire construction process. We initiate and drive this process from the beginning of the pre-construction phase. All activities are listed, including critical milestone dates required of the owner, consultants, city officials and the contractor.

Schedules are status-updated, issued every month and reviewed at major status meetings. The superintendents create, maintain and issue 8-week Short Interval Schedules. These are tracked against the CPM schedule for progress and are exceptionally detailed to show specific phased areas.

The schedule is used in bidding out all sub trades and becomes an exhibit each subcontractor is contractually bound to.
