Corporate headquarters and practice facility for Seattle Seahawks. It includes three outdoor natural grass practice fields, a maintenance building and a 200,000 SF office building. The three-story building contains a full size indoor turf practice field, complete with regulation endzones, state of the art fitness facilities, training equipment and amenities for players. The building also houses the team’s office departments, administrators and faculty, and accommodates the corporate sponsorships and Fan Development offices.
