SOUTHCENTER MALL EXPANSION AND PARKING

A new three level 850,000 SF expansion at the Westfield Southcenter Mall. The project features a new 16-screen AMC movie theatre and IMAX theater on the upper two levels, a new food court and over 70 in-line retail tenants as well as family amenities such as a new play area, concierge services and family dining, in addition to new vehicle and pedestrian bridge and a parking lot renovation.
