PROJECTS

SOUTH COAST PLAZA

A 3-phase project consisting of gutting an existing department store, transforming it into a retail shopping center expansion and building a 600-foot pedestrian bridge over six lanes of automobile traffic and a parking lot to link the existing shopping center with the expansion. The degree of planning and complexity reached extreme on account of attention from the public, the owner, retail tenants, and the City of Costa Mesa, over whose operating street we erected the pedestrian bridge.
