LANTANA ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA COMPLEX

Bayley built two new office buildings for Maguire Properties at the Lantana Entertainment Media Campus. Lantana East is a 64,105 SF, 3 story, concrete frame building with a 2 level, 119,464 SF subterranean parking garage. Work includes excavation and utility relocations. Lantana South is a 125,000 SF 3 story, cast-in-place concrete building over a 98,670 SF, one level subterranean parking garage. Work also includes a surface parking lot, landscaping and related site improvements.
