In LA’s thriving Arts District, the 405,000 SF At Mateo development will feature repurposed building materials and open-air walkways aimed at preserving the area’s industrial and creative setting. At Mateo will include restaurants, retail, creative office space and a four-level, 550-stall parking structure. Three of its buildings will be built from the ground up, while a fourth will be a refurbishment. Occupying 3.5 acres the complex’s four buildings will sit yards from the ambitious new 6th Street Viaduct and bridge.
