Bayley Construction Project Manager Construction Career Information
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with negotiated and/or lump sum contracts involving commercial and/or institutional structures. Responsibilities include and not limited to preconstruction estimating, bid package preparation, project and operations management, cost control, presentations, scheduling, and owner, subcontractor and supplier liaison. Project Managers will bid, contract, and oversee completion of all projects from start to finish. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred with 5 or more years of Project Manager experience.
