Bayley Construction Project Manager Position
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with negotiated and/or lump sum contracts involving commercial and/or institutional structures. Responsibilities include and not limited to preconstruction estimating, bid package preparation, project and operations management, cost control, presentations, scheduling, and owner, subcontractor and supplier liaison. Project Managers will bid, contract, and oversee completion of all projects from start to finish.
5 or more years of Project Manager experience and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar is strongly preferred.
