Bayley Construction Project Administrator Position
Bayley Construction has an opening in our Administrative Department. We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator.
This position requires a commitment to excellence, customer service skills, and a self-starter approach. Responsibilities include maintenance of project files, reviewing insurance certificates, drafting subcontracts/change orders and reception duties. Proficiency in Word and Excel a must and one year current experience in a construction environment required. Procore experience highly desired. Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to interact with company clients, subcontractors and all levels of company personnel.
