- Project Manager Conducts Site Visit & Expectation Review
- Specific Needs are Identified and Defined
- Measurements & Photos are taken & recorded
- Site Analysis is conducted to determine materials & needs
- Detailed Scope of Work issued 1 week – 10 days after site visit
- Scope of Work is reviewed with Client & mutually accepted
- Project is priced according RS Means Pricing Guide line items & project tasks
- Work Order, Pricing, Scope of Work & Scheduling are accepted
- Project is awarded with a signed Work Order
- Bayley handles all permitting & local agency requirements
- Notice to Proceed is issued after permits are obtained
- Incidental Design & Value Engineering is performed
- Safety, Quality Control & Materials Needs are Documented
- Subcontractors are scheduled & construction work starts
- Invoices are issued for work in progress
- Inspections are done upon completion – exceptions are corrected
- Final Approval occurs with close-out documents & invoicing
