Bayley has had experience with these methods since the early 1980s, and continues to use design-build for many projects, such as parking structures and a variety of retail, office tilt-up, and hotel projects. Strategic alliances with architects and engineers have been developed and continue to be successful, allowing us to quickly and efficiently assemble custom teams whose expertise can be directly applied to a multitude of construction types.

When it comes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, Bayley Construction has the experience and knowledge in preparing bid packages which take into account the timing required to build a design team, while managing the competitive process of buying out these trades. Through extensive experience in pre-construction services, we know how to properly and timely issue bid packages to bring on these trades. Bayley Construction only contracts to design-build firms with significant design and engineering experience.
