Site Specific Safety Plan

A complete site specific safety plan (IIPP in California) must be submitted to the Bayley Construction Project Team before a subcontractor will be allowed to start work. This plan must meet all applicable OSHA regulations, as well as all Bayley Construction Policies.

Additional Documentation In addition to OSHA requirements, Bayley Construction requires that the following documents be included in all safety plans:
- Hazard Communication Program and site-specific MSDS’s - REQUIRED
- Drug/Substance Abuse Policy - REQUIRED
- Name of on-site Safety Coordinator - REQUIRED
- Name of on-site Competent Person(s) - REQUIRED
- Name of on-site CPR/First-aid Certified Person(s) - REQUIRED
- A Job Hazard Analysis’s (JHA) for each phase of work. - REQUIRED
- Name of on-site translator - As Applicable
- Authorized Heavy Equipment Operators - As Applicable
- Name of trained Aerial Lift and Forklift Operators - As Applicable
- Site-Specific Fall Protection Plan - As Applicable
