A mobilization meeting must be scheduled for every subcontractor in advance of starting work to ensure all project specific safety documents have been submitted and reviewed by the Bayley Construction project team. Additionally, all field safety requirements will be discussed and documented.

 

The subcontractor’s Project Manager, Superintendent/foremen and their designated on-site Safety Coordinator must attend this meeting. The Bayley Construction “Pre-Con Mobilization Safety Checklist” will be reviewed and any/all deficiencies in the subcontractor’s safety documentation must be corrected before the subcontractor will be allowed to start work
