You are invited to bid the following Phase 1B consisting of Civil, Landscaping and Design-build M.E.P's packages. 
The Civil package is already pre-designed by the Owner's Engineer and includes the following trades:  Surveying, earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, striping, site concrete, & masonry. 
The Landscape Package consists of the following:  Design-build based on the concept design provided by Alhambra Group (sheets L-I).
The Pre-fab Metal Building Package will include a complete turnkey design build Metal Building with Structure frame, Exterior walls including an option for plaster, roof, Metal deck, Stairs, Railing and any other related trades that are typically done by the Metal Building contractor.
The Design-build M.E.P package includes the following:  Provide turnkey design-build services based on the plans labeled "Contract Drawings" for a new 2-story prefabricated metal building; (1st floor) 170' long x 70' wide & (2nd floor) 170' long x 83 wide. Total building is approximately 26k s/f.
