| Bayley Construction has been prequalified to bid on the MDAB Renovation Project at Long Beach City College. The work will be conducted in two phases. This is a DSA project. Major trades include: Earthwork, site utilities, A/C paving, site concrete, unit pavers, striping, landscape, site furnishings, building concrete, shotcrete, gypsum underlayment, structural steel/misc., metal fabrications, millwork, waterproofing, insulation, built-up roofing, sheet metal, sprayed fireproofing, doors/frames/hardware, overhead coiling doors, glass & glazing, plaster & drywall, tile, acoustical ceiling, flooring, painting, FRP, acoustic wall panels, toilet compartments & acs., visual display, signage, wood lockers, fire extinguishers, decorative canopies, AV equipment, projection screens, laboratory casework & hood, roller shades, fixed audiance seating, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage. This project is Prevailing Wage, OCIP and 3% DVBE Participation Goal. Please send your scope letters in at least two (2) days before so we can properly scope out your trade. We are requesting pricing from all subcontractors who's scope of work is under $100,000 one (1) day before bid day so we can close out your trades to reduce the traffic jam on bid day. |
