(74k s/f); new maintenance facilities, new Transportation Bldg. (21k s/f); new Central Cash Counting Facility (18k s/f); Chassis wash bldg (3k s/f), Green fueling bldg (2k s/f), site area 10.6 acrs. Trades included are as follows: Demolition, removal of contaminated Soil, earthwork, a/c paving, site concrete, landscaping, site utilities, rebar, bldg. concrete, shotcrete, masonry, structural steel/misc. metals, metal decking, millwork, waterproofing, insulation, metal roof panels, roofing, fireproofing, doors/frames/hrdwr., overhead coiling doors, glass & glazing, drywall, plaster, tile, acoustical ceiling, resilient flooring, FRP wall panels, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, vehicle wash systems, parking control equipment, loading dock bumpers, vacuum equipment, fueling system, kitchen equipment, elevators, vehicle lifts, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, PA systems, and fire alarms. LEED Gold requirement; 30% Certified DBE participation goal; prevailing wage; Due to the requirements of a Contractor controlled insurance program (CCIP), All subs to provide their insurance cost as an add. Job duration: 700 calendar days. All bids cannot be withdrawn for 90 days. Liquidated Damages is $7600/day NTP is within 90 days.
