Complete interior remodel of an existing 3 story, 185,924 s/f Nordstrom store. Store will remain occupied with uninterrupted sales during course of construction. Major enhancements include complete removal and replacement of escalators while maintaining uninterrupted escalator usage at all time during upgrade. Relocation of Cafe from 2nd floor to 3rd floor. New sanitary sewer line through length of store at 1st floor slab on grade. Upgrade of flooring, painting, casework features, Tailor alterations department, dressing rooms, and more.
