| This project is a green -roofed LEED certified CIP Concrete bldg. that will replace the obsolete "Bobmbshelter" located on the same site. The new Building of approx. 15k sqft shall contain indoor dining, store, coffee shop and 4 Kitchens, 2 of the kitchens will be finished under this contract. Major trades include the following: Hazardous abatement, hard/soft demolition, major site utilities (new & relocation), shoring, grading, architectural site concrete finishes, Brick Pavers, roof top/on grade landscaping/irrigation, site furnishing, arch. structural bldg. concrete, rebar, structural steel/misc., ornamental metals, millwork, plastic paneling, garden roof assembly, waterproofing, weather barriers, sheet metal, door/frames/hardware, coiling doors, aluminum storefront, sun shades, skylights, plaster, drywall, tile, acoustical, flooring, painting, toilet part. & accessories, signage, lockers, kitchen equipment, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Make sure to review Addendum #1 Owner Bid form to submit the requested unit pricing with your bid. Review Addendum#1 spec. #1330 for BIM requirements. This is a Prevailing wage job, please note that the bid time is at 11:30 AM. Provide your scope sheet at least a day before the bid! |
