Ron Bayley – President and Chief Executive Officer
Ron was born in Seattle, Washington and studied Building Construction at the University of Washington. He began his career with Bayley Construction in 1968 as a field laborer, worked as a project manager, implemented the financial and cost reporting systems for Robert E. Bayley Construction, Inc. and became President and CEO in 1988. Ron is a member of the Downtown Seattle Rotary, Pacific NW Chapter of the Young President’s Organization; was a past board member of AGC of Washington; is currently a Foundation Board member for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and a Board member of the Bellevue Art Museum.

Mike Kemppainen – Vice President of Operations
Mike was born in Whitefish, Montana. He received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Washington in 1972. Mike joined Bayley Construction in 1985 as Estimator and Project Manager. He was promoted to Construction Manager in 1990 and became Vice President in 1995. Mike is responsible for all engineering services to ensure projects are brought in on-time and within budget along with goal setting and coordination of the project teams.

Brandon Etnyre – Vice President and Sr. Construction Manager
Brandon was born in Bethesda, Maryland. He received his Associate of Arts Degree in both Architecture and Construction Management from NOVA Community College in 1988 and 1989 respectively. Prior to college, he served in the United States Marine Corps both in Active Duty and in the Reserves. He joined Bayley Construction in 1989 as a Project Engineer, was promoted to Project Manager in 1994 and then to Construction Manager in 1998. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President/Senior Construction Manager for California Operations and focuses on Southern California. Brandon is also responsible for managing the San Diego office.

Mark Florer – Vice President and Sr. Construction Manager
Born in West Germany, Mark graduated from the University of Washington in 1982 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the School of Business Administration. Mark joined Bayley Construction in 1985 as a project engineer, was promoted to project manager in 1989, then construction manager in 1994. He became Vice President/Senior Construction Manager in 2007. Mark is a proud member of ICSC.

Steve Grasso – Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating
Steve was born in Boulder, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Technology in 1985 from Montana State University in Bozeman. Steve began working with Bayley Construction in 1985 as a Project Engineer in the San Diego office. He moved to the Seattle office in 1989 after being promoted to Project Manager. Steve was promoted to Construction Manager in 1994 and advanced to Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating in 2007.

Warren Johnson– Vice President of Business Development
A Seattle native, Warren graduated from the University of Washington in 1986 with a Bachelor in Architecture from the College of Building Construction. He joined Bayley Construction as a project manager in 1999 and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2001. Warren became Vice President of Business Development in 2007. He is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, Forward Shoreline, the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Shoreline and the Foundation Board at Shoreline Community College.
